Overview

The New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) seeks offers from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) licenced and experienced suppliers to provide brake system spares for the RNZAF P-3K2, C130H(NZ) and SH 2G(I) fleets, for Operational Level Maintenance (OLM) and Intermediate Level Maintenance (ILM). It is important that the NZDF has a transparent and responsive supply chain that provides leverage in the commercial market whilst supporting its operational and airworthiness requirements.

In establishing an agreement with an OEM licenced prime supplier for the procurement of P3-K2 Orion, C-130H and SH-2G(I) fleets brake system spares, NZDF seeks to increase aircraft availability through increasing the quality of trace to source certification, enabling the NZDF to optimise the performance of its current inventory holdings.

The Agreement will be for an initial period of four years with provision for two subsequent rights of renewal, each for a period of two years.
