NZDF wishes to vend over the counter (OTC) medicines on camps and bases. Some personnel are entitled to these medicines free of charge so the vending machines need to accept EFTPOS and other cards to facilitate both free and payable 'purchases'.
Vending of OTC medicines requires a licence to dispense.
This project will be a two stage process. A RFI will be conducted for information only. An RFP may follow that process.
