Veterans’ Affairs is a fully operational unit of the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF). It is headed by a General Manager, who is also the Secretary for War Pensions, a statutory position responsible for the administration of the War Pensions Act 1954.
The services provided by Veterans’ Affairs include:

c. Hearing Aid Accessories.
The Agreement will be for an initial period of three years with provision for one subsequent right of renewal, for an additional period of three years (3+3).
