Kia ora koutou,
New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) requires professional services for the investigation of flood reduction options to support the development of a Stormwater Strategic Network Plan (SNP) for the Inglewood urban stormwater catchment. This plan will form a critical component of our districts long term infrastructure strategy supporting the council to achieve the stormwater vision, aspiration and objectives and support the stormwater renewal programme.
The successful tenderer will demonstrate a strong understanding of stormwater hydraulics, practical network design, constructability and cost benefit analysis. Tender submissions must include a detailed plan for the development of a shortlist of catchment scale hydraulic remedial options and one or more proposed methods of measuring the effectiveness of the options identified.
We look forward to receiving proposals that reflect technical excellence and innovative problem solving to deliver outcomes that will benefit the community.
