New Plymouth District Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced civil contractor with the capability
and capacity to deliver road construction services for Site 3 as part of the Tarata Road Resilience Programme.
The successful contractor must demonstrate both capability and capacity to complete the project using
machine control technology (graders and excavators).
All works are required to be completed within the specified timeframe, between October and 19 December 2025.
