Disability Support Services (DSS) is seeking information from Behavioural Support Service providers to better understand service delivery approaches, workforce capability, market capacity, challenges, opportunities, and emerging needs.

This Request for Information (RFI) will help DSS better understand the current Behavioural Support Services landscape and inform future planning and any subsequent procurement approach. DSS is interested in provider experience, effective practices, service delivery considerations, and opportunities to improve outcomes for disabled people, families and whānau.
