This advance notice is to inform the market that the Ministry of Social Development will be releasing a tender for seismic and building upgrade services.

The aim of this procurement is to engage a suitably qualified, main construction contractor to deliver construction works including seismic strengthening and building upgrades at an active/operational MSD site at 93 Mascott Avenue, Māngere, Auckland.
