The Ministry of Social Development manages and occupies a large, geographically spread, national property portfolio (primarily leased) and is seeking to engage a Strategic Property Development Partner to:
• To support the delivery of MSD’s property portfolio pipeline.
• Work as a preferred partner with the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) to identify and propose suitable service centre sites (new builds or existing redevelopments).
• Provide development or existing premises options as required that are aligned to MSD’s building specifications.
• Improve consistency, planning, and delivery of MSD’s property pipeline.
• Add value through collaboration and commercial terms that reflect a long-term partnership.

The Ministry intends to undertake a two-stage procurement approach with the ROI issued in mid-April.
