The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is looking for long term office lease accommodation in Papakura as well as Tamaki that can service the needs of the community and meet the set up and design requirements of the Ministry’s client facing Service Centres.

We seek accommodation options, either new builds or existing sites that:

• are ground floor premises in:

- Papakura (between 1,200m2 - 1,500m2)
- Tamaki (between 800m2 - 1,200m2)

• provide a modern, safe and secure physical workspace
• have large efficient floor plates and allow for open plan environments
• are close to public amenities (parking, proximity to bus routes etc.)
• has onsite parking.

This Request for Proposal is seeking office accommodation in Papakura and Tamaki (Glenn Innes) areas.

We are looking for developers or landlords with a proven track record of delivering office accommodation in a timely manner and Respondents will need to have a proven track record of looking after building assets and tenants with an effective infrastructure that supports this.
