MSD wishes to appoint a Building Financial Capability Provider that can deliver BFC core services on the Chatham Islands.
Building Financial Capability takes a strengths-based approach to empower people to get control of their money, set goals and achieve long-term, sustainable change.
BFC Core Services include:
Financial mentoring: a one-on-one service focused on helping people and whānau with their finances.
MoneyMates: support groups that encourage people to learn from others as they talk about money and finances.
This RFP is a two-step procurement process, consisting of a written proposal (Step 1) and provider presentations (Step 2). This RFP opportunity invites any interested and eligible providers to submit their written proposal as the first stage of the process. Following the evaluation of Step 1 – Written Proposals, the panel will recommend selected providers to be shortlisted and proceed to Step 2 – Presentations.
