MSD provides leadership and coordination for family support services, including initiatives for family violence prevention. One of MSD’s flagship initiatives is the Campaign for Action on Family Violence, which began with the It’s Not OK campaign. Launched to prevent family violence and shift societal attitudes, It’s Not OK set the foundations for future prevention efforts.

Over time, the campaign has evolved to meet new challenges. Today, it continues as Change Is Possible which firmly focuses on addressing men’s violence against women. Framework for Change documents the history of the It’s Not OK campaign and details the framework from which Change Is Possible was born.

We’re looking for an experienced supplier to help us take Change Is Possible to the next level. This campaign is about inspiring men to change their behaviour and become safe and violence free.

We need a team who can refine and deliver a clear, multi-phased campaign strategy, tell a compelling story, choose the right media channels, and achieve real, measurable results. Working closely with us and our partners is key — we’re in this together.
