The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is setting out on a significant transformation programme, Te Pae Tawhiti.
Te Pae Tawhiti – Our Future, sets out how MSD will bring about positive changes in the wellbeing of the people, whānau, families and communities we serve across Aotearoa New Zealand.
Improving the service we provide for people and whānau is at the core of our transformation. Our future service model sets out how we will work in the future – we want a service that provides a positive experience every time, where people are connected with partners, and where the support provided is tailored to individual needs. To support our future service model we need modern technology platforms and streamlined, easy to navigate processes.
This is an invitation to interested vendors/partners to attend a market briefing to find out more about Te Pae Tawhiti Programme directly from our senior managers involved in the transformation. We will present an overview of MSD’s multi-year change programme, including two imminent procurement processes for platforms that will support us to deliver on our Te Pae Tawhiti transformation objectives.
