The Ministry of Social Development [MSD] is seeking quotes for an Agency-wide SafePlus Assessment.

The Assessor will be required to:
• observe practices, behaviours, attitudes, perceptions, and culture onsite
• interview staff at all levels
• review the effectiveness of systems and processes.

The Assessor will be required to travel to mutually agreed locations across the country to conduct the assessment. Upon completion of the assessment, the Assessor must provide MSD with a detailed report containing advice to guide the use of HSS resources to ensure effort is focused on areas requiring improvement.

We will require the SafePlus Assessment to be completed by 26 June 2023, including all invoicing.
