Overview
The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is looking for long term office accommodation in Hamilton that can accommodate our regional office and contact centre operations (non- public facing). We are seeking an accommodation option, either a new build or existing building that:
• Provides a modern, safe and secure physical workspace
• Has large efficient floor plates and allow for open plan environments
• Is close to public amenities (parking, proximity to bus routes etc.)
• Has onsite secure parking
