Overview

MSD Industry Partnerships seeks to identify one or more providers that will deliver recruitment, assessment, and employment placement programmes that result in MSD clients gaining employment in the Security Sector (for roles in guarding, patrolling, monitoring, communications centre and technicians). This includes coordinating mandatory ‘Certificate of Approval’ applications and training, supported through Wage Subsidy and In-work Support components paid directly to the employer and managed by the selected provider(s).

With this initiative, the programme structure identifies the role of the employer in funding compliance and supporting new employees to navigate the industry and its career opportunities.

The key objective of this procurement is to give an opportunity for suppliers to put forward their programme proposals with a view to selecting one or more providers that can deliver employment programmes nationally or in areas of the country where they have specific industry employer networks.
