Overview

The Employee Health Management Service (EHMS) Syndicated panels are now open for providers who can meet the requirements, to submit their tenders to join.

If you wish to become a provider on the EHMS Syndicated panels, you need complete a tender response. The response consists of:
• completing the appropriate questionnaire(s) online in full (links attached in the RFT document) and
• providing the details of 3+ customers (per panel) who are receiving similar services who will complete the customer Satisfaction survey and
• Agree to the Lead Agency Agreement

The Syndicated Services Agreement for EHMS Panels is made up of the following service panels:
1. ACC claims management
2. Alcohol and drug testing
3. Eyesight Tests
4. First aid training
5. Flu and other vaccinations for staff
6. Health Promotion
7. Health Testing and monitoring
8. Hearing tests
9. Mental Health clinical support services
10. Mental Health promotion and education services
11. Skin cancer screening
12. Workstation assessments

Note:
- Respondents may apply for multiple panels, as long as they can meet the qualification requirements and complete the survey questionnaires for each panel.
- These panels are opened annually, so providers who are not able to meet the joining criteria and requirements this year, can prepare over the next 12-months to ensure they meet the criteria and requirements to join next year.
