MSD uses several business applications and systems to deliver its core business, these have been implemented utilising IBM Cúram Social Program Management and IBM Cúram Universal Access and using Agile thinking and the Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise to support agile product delivery. These applications require specialised technical support and resources to maintain the system.
MSD are looking to establish a panel of experienced 3rd party suppliers that can provide expert technical support and resources for Cúram (e.g systems developers, technical business analysts, test analysts, performance test engineers, automation engineers, solution architects etc.) to MSD on a project by project basis.
This panel must be able to provide people who have the skills to perform the following duties:
• technical business analysis, application development, system architecture, application testing
• Provision of agile standing/multidisciplinary teams.
It is expected that MSD will advertise this Request for Proposal (RFP) in February or March 2021.
The anticipated total contract term will be 5 years or more. It is intended that the membership of the panel will assessed as part of a regular supplier performance review process.
