We are approaching the market for a supplier with the capability, capacity and experience to deliver a national Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) service.
This procurement will include Ministry of Social Development (MSD)’s commercial sites and through a closed cluster agreement; Oranga Tamariki Ministry for Children (Oranga Tamariki)’s commercial and residential locations. Refer to Appendix 1 for a list of all existing locations with HVAC systems.
The objectives of this procurement process are to drive public value through:
• Provision of a consistent and quality service approach nationally
• Provision of HVAC products that are fit for purpose
• Environmental solutions including but not limited to installation of low emission heating solutions
• Adherence to MSD and Oranga Tamariki business procedures
• Continuous quality improvements
• A managed outcome-based HVAC solution
• Maintaining an asset register for both MSD and Oranga Tamariki
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and industry standards
• A reporting framework that aligns and adapts to the businesses needs
• The establishment of meaningful quality measures
• A transparent Pricing framework and methodology
