Overview

MSD seeking proposals for online digital services and courses (applications, platforms or programmes) that offer and support the following:
• An unwavering employment focus
• Innovative online solutions that provide tools and resources to support the connection to employment and the needs of employers
• Professional cover letter and CV Services
• Self-marketing preparation and job action planning consistent with local labour market opportunities
• Career services and guidance
• Effective job interview preparation and execution to support success
• Mental health and wellbeing support for those impacted by job and potential career loss
• Ease of accessibility for users that have different levels of online literacy and needs. It must be largely self-service (must not require a physical face-to-face interaction, but be flexible in the delivery of the solution with a preference for digital services e.g. online, web chat, Skype/Zoom, phone call etc.)
• Focus on redeployment (identify transferrable skills or skills gaps, and facilitate support to upskill)
• Culturally sensitive – acknowledging the need to deliver online services in a culturally responsive and sensitive manner that is appropriate for users
• Useful information to people
• Must be able to deliver now or in the very near future.
• No cost to the individuals who access the services
The platform or online solution is ideally already in place, but we will consider tools and resources that are in current development.
Unemployed people, particularly those who are recently unemployed and who are highly skilled people needing redeployment must be at the centre of the proposal.
