Overview
This procurement is to seek Registrations of Interest (ROI) for long-term lease of office accommodation required by the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) that will service the needs of the community and the set-up requirements of the Ministry’s client facing service centres. We seek accommodation options, either new builds or existing sites in the following locations:
• Takapuna
• Central Auckland – covering New Lynn, Avondale, Mt Albert, Grey Lynn, Mt Eden
• Papatoetoe/Hunters Corner
• Hamilton Central
• Pahiatua
• Palmerston North
• Wainuiomata
• Riccarton
