MSD seeks to engage providers to undertake delivery of Preparation for Work Courses (PFW) in the Nelson Region from 1 February 2018 to 30 June 2018.
The aim of a Preparation for Work Course is to assist clients to prepare for and achieve sustainable employment.
MSD is seeking providers with proven experience in providing successful employment services. They should have the ability to provide a service that addresses client’s individual needs and circumstances in order to support clients to move into sustainable employment as quickly as possible.
Successful providers will have a good understanding of the barriers to employment that people face, good employer networks and strong relationships with other organisations in the community that can help provide further support to clients as they enter and remain in employment.
