This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation from the Ministry for Vulnerable Children, Oranga Tamariki for suitably qualified providers to submit a proposal for the Family Start expansion tender.
In addition to the Family Start services already being delivered, we require further service provision (in accordance with the Family Start Programme Manual) across three target locations identified as having unmet demand:
1. Waikato
2. Tauranga and Western Bay of Plenty (BOP)
3. Taranaki.
