This opportunity in a nutshell

The Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is approaching the market to establish a Panel of Preferred Suppliers for the provision of external print and related services. We are looking for suppliers who have the capability and expertise to meet the changing print, logistics and storage needs of a broad range of agencies, and are able to support the agencies as they transition from physical print to digital and other communications environments.
The objectives of the print procurement arrangement are multi-fold.

For agencies to achieve :
• better pricing than previous market-leading contracts due to increased economies of scale
• standardised rates and increased predictability
• availability of a comprehensive range of services.

For suppliers to achieve:
• wider scope of participants
• co-ordinated procurement and greater efficiencies
• guaranteed relationships and a greater ability to forecast revenue.

To establish contracts with multiple suppliers to create a Panel of Preferred Suppliers:
• that are syndicated to enable Eligible Agencies to access the services
• for an initial term of three years with three rights of renewal of two years each.
