No Winner CONTRACT AWARDED: Following an open competitive tender we are pleased to announce that the Ministry for Vulnerable Children, Oranga Tamariki has entered into an Outcome Agreement with Tuwharetoa Health Charitable Trust to deliver the Family Start Programme in the Taupo district from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2020.
