Overview

The Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) is seeking suitably interested and qualified providers and stakeholders to participate in a series of co-development ‘sprint’ sessions (workshops), facilitated by PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC). These are scheduled for three full days over a three week period between 7 and 25 November 2016 (refer to the ‘When we need you’ section on page 3).

This will be the first step in the design process to develop a service model for the new national sexual violence advice and support service. The focus of the workshops is to co-develop the service model. Through this process we will start to think about what this new service could look like, and how it will work in practice. Provider input to this process is crucial.

The sprint is only the first step in the process. We will be consulting widely on what is developed through that process, and there will be further opportunities to provide feedback and input into the development of the service model.
The sprint process is an intense design and development approach. Available spaces will be limited to ensure we have a focused group supporting the design over the scheduled period.
