In August 2023, in partnership with Te Kāhui Hapū o Te Papa, the Ministry of Justice intends to release an open Registration of Interest (ROI) for the construction of a new Tauranga Moana Courthouse and some refurbishment to the adjacent McLean House facility in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.

We anticipate releasing the ROI to the open market mid-August 2023.
