Overview
The Ministry of Health is seeking an independent reviewer or review team to assess Health New Zealand (Health NZ)'s structures, governance arrangements, processes and capability for planning, prioritising and delivering its physical infrastructure portfolio.
The review will consider the strategic planning that informs investment priorities, prioritisation of physical infrastructure investment, organisational structures and capability, major-project planning and delivery, and portfolio oversight, benefits and continuous improvement. Based on the findings of the review a clear set of options and recommendations should be provided that address and improve the delivery and performance of the health infrastructure portfolio.
