Overview

Our EAP services help support our kaimahi manage a wide range of personal or work-related issues that may impact their overall wellbeing or job performance. The EAP services we are seeking may include: Counselling for issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and workplace tension, Health coaching (fitness, nutrition, sleep), Budgeting and financial assistance.

Our Service model is to typically provide a specific number of sessions per issue, often around sessions, designed to be solution-focused and brief; this may vary depending on the issue undertaken by qualified professionals by a multidisciplinary team, including registered psychologists, counsellors, social workers, and other specialists, some of whom may offer Kaupapa Māori or Pacific-led approaches.

Our EAP services are designed to be a preventative approach to mental health, helping employees address challenges early before they escalate and impact work performance or attendance.
