What is this opportunity overview?
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is an invitation to suitably qualified respondents to submit a response for the Ministry of Health’s (the Ministry) outsourced Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) claims and injury management service (the Service) to support our membership of the Accredited Employer Programme (AEP) .

We are seeking to engage a third-party claims administrator (TPA) to manage and support this Service. This Service supports staff and underpins the Ministry’s commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing.

What is this tender process?
This RFQ is a closed tender to a select number of suppliers, and it is a single step procurement process.
The successful respondent will be contracted for an initial term of three years with an option up to two one-year rights of renewal (3+1+1).
