This Request for Quote (RFQ) is an invitation to suitably qualified Respondents to submit a quote for the following contracts:
1. CVIP 2022 Syringe Contract
This is an opportunity to supply 1ml syringes used for the drawing up and administration of Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine as part of the COVID-19 Vaccine and Immunisation Programme (CVIP) for the 2022 year.
2. CVIP 5-12year old Needle and Syringe Contract
This is an opportunity to supply 1ml syringes used for the drawing up and administration of Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine as part of the COVID-19 Vaccine and Immunisation Programme (CVIP) for the 2022 year.
Please note the specific details of the contract requirements. We acknowledge that there are two contracts available in this RFQ. The contracts may be awarded to different providers or to one single provider if they are the successful applicant for both tenders.
