Overview

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified Respondents to submit a Proposal for the National Bowel Screening Programme (NBSP) national multimedia/promotional bowel screening campaign.

The Ministry is seeking to develop a campaign that will raise awareness of bowel screening and encourage participation in the NBSP, with particular emphasis on participation by Māori and Pacific peoples. The successful provider will have strong, proven experience of reaching Māori and Pacific audiences and their whānau.

This RFP is an open competitive tender process. It is a single step procurement process.
