The Ministry of Health (the Ministry) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers (Respondents) who can offer a team to establish and implement a client-side Design Management Framework for the New Dunedin Hospital Project which is appropriate to its scale, complexity and programme duration.
Proposals are sought for a Design Manager to provide design management services, and as such, the Ministry encourages a broad range of Respondents with proven and effective design management and implementation competencies to consider this opportunity. We consider effective design management disciplines and practice to be fundamental to successful project outcomes, therefore interested Respondents should note that this procurement is not limited to, or targeting, architecture firms.
The Ministry will be appointing a lead designer as part of the Design Team procurement process and the successful Respondent will not be considered for appointment to any other role within the Design Team.
There are a number of other documents which form part of this RFP and will only be released to a Respondent upon the receipt of an executed Confidentiality Deed attached in Section 6 of the Non-Price Response Form.
