Overview

The Ministry of Health is seeking proposals from suitably qualified Respondents who can offer a full project management service for all stages of the New Dunedin Hospital Project, including site clearance and demolition activities.

The Ministry considers effective project management disciplines and practice to be fundamental to successful project outcomes. The Ministry encourages Respondents with proven demolition and construction project management expertise to consider this opportunity and submit a Proposal.

Please note the key documents accompanying the RFP will only be released to a Respondent upon the receipt of an executed Confidentiality Deed attached in Part A: Non-Price Response Form, Section 6.
