This Request for Quote (RFQ) is an invitation to suitably qualified Respondents in the MidCentral region to submit a Quote for the Disability Support System Transformation: Connector Services. Connector Services are services undertaken by a provider(s) who will be an ally and walk alongside disabled people and their whānau to assist them in identifying what they want in their lives, the range of supports available and to assist them to put it into place. The intent is that disabled people and whānau will choose whether and how they work with the Connector.
