The Ministry of Health (the Ministry) are working towards long term investments in new and improved hospital facilities for Christchurch known as the Hospitals Redevelopment Project (“the Project”). The Project involves significant development and extension of existing hospital facilities. The Ministry has responsibility for the delivery of these projects.
The Ministry is now calling for Registrations of Interest from Boiler Suppliers (Contractors) that have the necessary experience to design, supply/fabricate, install and service/maintain biomass boilers within a new boiler house on the St Asaph St Campus adjacent the Main Christchurch Hospital Campus. The new boiler house will be designed and built to IL4 seismic standards and be the primary source of steam for both the Main and St Asaph St Campus of the Christchurch Hospital.
This procurement is advertised on GETS as of Tuesday 3 April 2018. The remainder of this procurement process, including communications and questions, will be managed through Aconex. GETS will not be monitored.
Aconex is the document management system used by the Ministry for the management and delivery of capital projects. Aconex provides a secure web-based server to store all formal correspondence and documents. All documents relating to this procurement are provided in the tender invitation on Aconex.
