This is an Advanced Notice of the Ministry's intent to release a Request for Information (RFI) being part of the process of the Electronic Health Record project.

The Ministry has been progressing the development of the Indicative Business Case for the national Electronic Health Record. In order for us to complete the Indicative Business Case and secure approval to progress to the Detailed Business Case, we are seeking information on costs estimates and models, risks and benefits of potential options for the Electronic Health Record Project.

This RFI is an opportunity for you to draw upon your global and regional domain experience and expertise to inform us and potentially influence future procurement decisions and the project implementation. This is also an opportunity to build dialogue and demonstrate domain credibility and value with the Ministry and the project team..

The RFI is planned to be released on the NZ Government Electronic Tender Service portal (GETS) on Friday 18 August with a close date of Friday 15 September.
