This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to Disability Support Suppliers to submit a Proposal to deliver a Choice in Community Living (CiCL) service in the Hutt and/or the Otago/Southland regions.
CiCL provides individual support for a disabled person, who may be living in a residential service or who might otherwise need residential services, to plan for and live more independently in a home of their choice.
A Supplier contracted to deliver CiCL will work with an eligible person to purchase and/or provide flexible supports that are directed by the Person (and/or their representative/family/whanau).
