The establishment of a highly competent, responsive and scalable database administration service and Oracle e-Business Suite system support services capability, to serve and support the Ministry’s application requirements, covering Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, and Sybase.

The Ministry has it’s own team and is looking to supplement this with a vendor partnership or partnerships to provide the capability depth required. This ROI seeks to inform us of the approaches available to achieve this.
