In March 2015, the Ministry completed the Request for Information (RFI) process on Feedback from Service Users of Ministry of Health funded Residential Services. This was to acquire information and innovative ideas from the market on how best to capture and measure the satisfaction of disabled people using Ministry funded residential services. As a result, the Ministry gained a better understanding of the types of feedback tools and approaches currently available and also an insight into the services that could support the Ministry's future intentions.

In May 2015, the Ministry intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP). This open RFP has been informed by the outcomes from the RFI process.
