The Ministry is seeking to engage main contractor to carry out the projects detailed below. The objective of this procurement is to upgrade essential infrastructure at the school.
The following is a list of the projects that make up this procurement:
Replacement of Main Block Roof
Interior Upgrades to 2 Classrooms and Library
Replacement of Potable water UV filter
Installation and reticulation of new water tank
Remediation of drainage system and overland flow paths
Construction of retaining wall and associated drainage
Electrical upgrades and heat pump repair/replacement
Existing facilities and remaining classrooms/ buildings need to be maintained as safe, functional and accessible during all times of the construction and the provision of temporary services and safe access will need to be maintained

The 5 main building contractors who have submitted responses will be sent tender documents and asked to participate in the tender for this project. The heating/ heat pump companies will be sent unsuccessful notifications as the ROI called for Main contractor who can manage the entire project
