The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified main contractors for the Design, Build and Connection of two 90m2 (approx) relocatable classroom blocks with internal dividing walls to create four 45m2 (approx) classrooms.

- This will be a Design and Build contract – to NZBC and Ministry of Education standards

PLEASE NOTE: If you have a current standard, engineered and consented design and plans that will meet the above criteria - this may be considered.

- The attached site plan shows the desired positions of the relocatables.

- Classrooms may be built on site but as this is a functioning school our strong preference is to build off site and relocate to site.
