Project for the replacement of Boiler and modernisation of WC areas at Titirangi Primary School, Titirangi, Auckland

Details

Registrations of interest are sought from local contractors for a project which involves some redevelopment and upgrading of existing areas, as well as construction of new facilities. This project includes fire and security systems.

- upgrade existing toilet block
- replace existing boiler room
- new accessible steel stair
- new 15-20 m2 roof
- extension of fire alarm area plus heat detection to ceiling
- install fire door

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to shortlist and accepts or rejects any contractors after a review of the registration of interest, past performance and reference checks.
