The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractor level construction companies for a project which involves the weathertightness remediation of a Gymnasium building at a school located in Katikati. The building is a large rectangular shaped building clad in fibre cement sheet, fibre cement weatherboards and factory finished profiled metal sheeting. The pitched roofs are clad in profiled metal sheeting with translucent skylights. It is attached to an older gymnasium (not included in this contract) via a internal membrane lined gutter which is to be replaced.
