Overview
The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractor level construction companies for a project which involves targeted repairs predominantly to the roofs, parapets and sections of the wall cladding to a classroom building and an administration building at a school located in Leeston, Canterbury.
The buildings are both single storey. The roofs are covered with a combination of profiled metal roof sheets that discharge to external metal box gutters and low pitched membrane roofs enclosed by metal parapet cappings. The walls are timber framed and predominantly clad with fibre cement weatherboards.
