Overview
The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) is inviting Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced Main Contractor level construction companies for a project which involves temporary repairs predominantly to the roofs and sections of the wall cladding to classroom buildings at a school located in Riccarton, Christchurch.
The buildings are a combination of single and two storey. The roofs are covered with profiled metal roof sheets that discharge to external metal box gutters. The walls requiring repair are predominantly timber framed covered with fibre cement cladding.
