Registrations of Interest are requested for main contractors to build off-site, relocate and establish on site 6 x New Relocatable classrooms (Min 65m2 each), with associated decking & infrastructure, to be completed 2 weeks prior to the start of School Term 2015. Respondents must be able to demonstrate they have previously approved Building Consent Plans, for similar MLE Compliant, relocatable buildings.

Pre-conditions: Pass/Fail
• Suppliers must not have any outstanding weathertightness claims
• Supplier must have $2 Million Public Liability Insurance
• Suppliers must provide Three References of similar projects

Evaluation Criteria:
Evidence of experience in the education sector - 20%
Evidence of recently completed similar sized projects -10%
Resources available to complete the project within the required timeframe - 50%
Key personal appointed to the project - 10%
Evidence of robust Health & Safety management - 10%
Weathertightness Claims? -Pass / Fail
Insurances - Pass / Fail
Referees- Pass / Fail
