General Information

We are seeking Registrations of Interest from competent main contractors to complete the construction of a classroom block at Parua Bay School, Whangarei.

The classroom block will be a 4 classroom building of approx 404 m2

The evaluation criteria will be as follows:
a) Relevant Experience – Working in similar environments - 30%
b) Health & Safety – submit summary of H & S policy - 10%
c) Human Resources – Key staff, current workload and capacity - 20%
d) Labour rates, cost margins and variation on-costs - 15%
e) Confirmation of Public Liability and Motor Vehicle insurance - 10%
f) Actions or claims – detail major H & S or OSH reported incidents or weather tightness claims suffered in the past 3 years - 10%
g) References for similar type of works - 5%
