Overview
The Ministry is seeking a Support Partner for SAP HR modules so that as problems arise, they can be resolved in a timely way.
We will be doing Level 1 and 2 support in-house. We need the Support Partner to be Level 3 support for the problems that the Ministry's people do not have capability or capacity to resolve.
The support partner needs to be accredited in the SAP HR modules.
We have implemented some SAP HR modules and will be implementing others in 2022-23.
