The Ministry is seeking Proposals from suppliers with the capability and capacity to partner in the supply of software products it deploys. This includes the Ministry’s corporate software and software provided to New Zealand schools. 

The objectives of this RFP are to: 

select a Licensing Partner (LP) for the corporate purchase of Microsoft software and non-Microsoft software (Corporate); and 

select a LP for Schools’ Microsoft software and non-Microsoft software (Schools). 

Respondents may submit a response to be considered for both categories (Corporate and Schools) or one.

The Ministry will select one or two LPs to deliver the services based on the evaluation of the responses according to the evaluation criteria.
