Overview

This RFP relates to the purchase of an organisation structural design tool which can utilise our workforce data to provide our leaders with structural design options and their costings. The key outcomes that the Ministry want to achieve are to be able to:
• Have this tool available as part of the Ministry’s human resource suite of software and systems so that the tool can complement our legacy systems.
• See organisation structural options at an individual, team, business group, regional and national level
• See organisational structural options and their distribution through other lenses such as gender, ethnicity, seniority, job type and salary band
• Change option’s levels and boundaries of teams, business groups and regions quickly to see the immediate impact on the structure
• See what happens with each change on the costing at different levels
• Save structural options for future reference
• Update options when new workforce data is uploaded
• Present options to leaders either electronically or in a printable form with an option to highlight where the main differences are for easy comparison
• Implementation of the solution
• Arrange suitable support for maintenance, upgrades, and training of the tool.
